Usually, the exhaust pipe temperature is between 70-95 ° C, and some well-known brands may have higher temperatures.
1、 Basic component inspection. Routine inspections are usually conducted in a specific order.
Due to the lack of automotive oil in the screw air compressor system, the engine cannot obtain good water cooling, resulting in high exhaust pipe temperature. At this time, lubricating grease should be immediately replenished.
2. Oil filter. The oil filter of the screw air compressor has high precision, but the filter element is prone to clogging, resulting in a lack of oil in the server and high exhaust pipe temperature. You can use maintenance tools to remove the oil filter and check if the filter element is dirty. If the filter element is dirty, it should be replaced immediately.
3. Heat sink fan. The radiator fan is the core component of air-cooled refrigeration units, which can implement mandatory heat pipe heat dissipation for water coolers and gas post cooling towers. As an energy source, electric fans can circulate water-cooled air between the casing and the external space, improving the heat dissipation effect of the equipment's heat pipes. If the electric fan stops rotating, the exhaust pipe temperature of the compressor will reach the alarm automatic switch level in a short period of time. Due to the large area, thin blades, weak stiffness, and easy deformation of the radiator fan, regular inspection and adjustment are required.
4. Cooling tower. Water coolers and gas post cooling towers, as key heat pipe cooling devices, must be cleaned quarterly. The stains on the outer surface of the cooling tower are mainly oil stains formed by water cooling oil and its dust. Cooling towers are mostly made of finned tube radiators, and the oil stains sandwiched between the fins are difficult to eliminate. The use of low-pressure steam spray cleaning has a good cleaning effect; The stains inside the cooling tower tubes are mainly carbon deposits formed during the oil cycle, which are usually washed back and forth with specialized cleaning agents until the carbon deposits are completely removed.
2、 Pressure controller inspection. The pressure of the server exhaust pipe of the twin-screw air compressor is set by the pressure controller. If the pressure controller is damaged or the clamp is not tightly locked, it may cause the exhaust pipe pressure to exceed the limit value due to equipment vibration, resulting in overheating of the refrigeration unit exhaust pipe.
3、 Temperature control valve inspection. The temperature control valve is a three-way valve that allows oil to bypass the cooling tower and immediately spray onto the server when the air compressor water cooling starts, maintaining a rapid increase in water temperature and preventing water vapor in the compressed air from solidifying in the oil separator. When the water temperature rises to 65 ° C, the temperature control valve will gradually open with the increase of water temperature. The water temperature will be adjusted according to the proportion of remaining oil flowing through the water cooler and its dual circuit power supply to ensure that the oil pump temperature of the air compressor is maintained at the optimal state. If the temperature control valve fails, the lubricating grease will be sprayed onto the server immediately without passing through the water cooler, and the water temperature will not decrease, resulting in high exhaust pipe temperature and shutdown. After shutting down, the temperature of the water cooler entering the drainage pipe should be checked first. If the temperature difference is not significant, the temperature control valve should be checked.
