This product is designed to operate in conjunction with specific intake shut-off valves (ASOVs), such as the FG3 model. During the operation of a diesel engine, it continuously monitors relevant operating parameters. When these parameters exceed the preset limit values, the security product will immediately trigger the corresponding mechanism. It may quickly send a signal to the intake shut-off valve (ASOV) through mechanical transmission or other physical means, causing the ASOV to quickly close and cut off the engine's intake. Due to the lack of air supply, diesel engines cannot continue to burn and operate, thus achieving the goal of quickly shutting down the engine. This can prevent the engine from continuing to operate under abnormal conditions, which could lead to more serious damage or dangerous situations, and play a role in ensuring safety. For example, if the engine suddenly surges in speed due to certain faults, the safety product will promptly sense and trigger the closing valve action to prevent the engine from being damaged due to excessive speed, which may cause fire and other hazards. It can also shut down the engine in a timely manner to eliminate hidden dangers.
